    New information presented on the Land Exchange. Statements from the Broadmoor rep during the Parks Advisory Board meeting: Strawberry Hills would not be fenced. Any trails created would allow public access. Deed restrictions would guarantee preservation. Broadmoor began talking to the City about an exchange after being approached by a recreation development company to buy Incline and Barr Trail properties owned by the Broadmoor.
