The teeter-totter obstacle at Red Rock Canyon Open Space’s Bike Skill Park is CLOSED due to significant damage. For your safety, please do not attempt to utilize the obstacle until it has been repaired.

Transportation Improvement Plan

Come to the public open house to learn about the Transportation Improvement Plan hosted by Pikes Peak Area Council of Governments (PPACG). PPACG is responsible for managing state, local, and federal transportation and transit funds. The Transportation Improvement Plan is a short-range (four-year) plan that implements the long-range Regional Transportation Plan’s goals and identifies the specific transportation and transit projects (including trails) for which the region will allocate its federal, state, and local funds. The Public Comment Period for this upcoming Transportation Improvement Plan is January 9 – February 7.

The plan will dictate where the bulk of money is spent and will affect all of us across the state. North Cheyenne Cañon Bridge Replacement Project

In an effort to provide continued community use of the North Cheyenne Cañon roadway, address public safety, and provide adequate emergency service access to park users and neighborhoods surrounding the park, three roadway bridges are scheduled for replacement this fall. Meet the project team, view proposed designs and provide provide feedback on the construction plans.

First Public Meeting for Downtown Historic Parks Master Plan

Gallop in the Garden 5K Runs
