Public Works is widen the sidewalk on the north side of the Cimarron bridge over the railroad tracks, just east of I-25. This has required the closure of the trail up to Cimarron at the south side of America The Beautiful Park (pink line). There are two detour routes available; be advised that there are several other construction projects in the area, closing roadways on Sahwatch and Sierra Madre. Northern detour is about 1 mile, southern detour is 1.5 miles. Project is expected to be completed by mid-November 2019.
