Development Proposal – Hancock & Delta Rezone

Land use review! Request by Norcal Capital Corporation and front Row Properties LLC, with representation by NES Inc, for approval of a Concept Plan. This project proposes a zone change, master plan amendment, and a concept plan to allow for a mix of commercial and residential uses. The commercial uses are proposed along Hancock and the multi-family uses are proposed adjacent to Circle and Delta. Comments should be submitted by September 19, 2019; City Planner 719-385-5383.
