The City of Colorado Springs is seeking volunteers to serve on the Trails, Open Space and Parks (TOPS) Working Committee. Committee members work together to guide our City in acquisition, stewardship, development and preservation of Trails, Parks, and Open Space.
Monthly meetings are the first Wednesday at 7:30am. Property tours are the third Wednesday at 3p, as needed.
