PlanCOS, the Colorado Springs Comprehensive Plan, is now in draft form ready for your input. The Trails and Open Space Coalition served on the Steering Committee that assembled this draft. View it now at: coloradosprings.gov/plancos. The deadline for comments is Aug 6th.

- Vibrant Neighborhoods – Vision includes providing active gathering places and transportation choices.
