The Colorado Springs Parks Advisory Board voted unanimously to support the construction of a new loop of single track to be built at Goose Gossage Park adjacent to the Pikes Peak Greenway. The new loop will be .8 mile and will be built by volunteers led by Jon Severson. Jon shared that Fountain officials have approached him with interest in having him build single-track trail in Fountain.
Congratulations to Jon and the Urban Singletrack Project!

Creekside Project – good news! Less asbestos found than was expected and has been removed. That means plans for installing the natural playground can go forward. No word on completion date.
Venezia Park is on time and on budget.
Incline did not get requested FEMA support for flood damage. A second grant request is still pending.
