Susan Davies - Executive Director

“Not born here – but got here as fast as I could.” With teachers as parents, summers were spent camping at various National Parks. The family traveled with a stockpile of peanut butter and Dinty Moore’s beef stew.

After 30 years in television journalism Susan was dismayed to learn her favorite Colorado Springs “environmental source” was retiring. That sorrow lessened considerably when TOSC offered her Dan Cleveland’s position. And while Dan set the bar high, the transition has been relatively easy thanks to staff and board support.

Most weekends you’ll find Susan, Bill, daughter Betsy and energetic golden retriever, Isabella out on a trail. One of her favorites - Contemplative Trail, Red Rock Canyon.
