The bicycling advocacy committee of the Trails and Open Space Coalition

The Pikes Peak Area Bikeways Coalition (PPABC) is an advocacy committee of the Trails and Open Space Coalition. It strives to provide a strong voice for all cyclists in the region whether you are a committed road cyclist who commutes to work everyday regardless of the weather, a person who rides a mountain bike up the toughest terrain, children riding their bikes to school or to a park, or someone out for a leisurely ride on an urban trail.

PPABC monitors the pulse of the community, community organizations and local governments for activities, actions or issues related to bikeways. We work to assist in furthering improvements that will influence transportation and recreation planning decisions and increase the bicycling culture of the community.

It is currently working on a number of projects to improve cycling safety in the region.
